In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly.
Colors and appearance of products may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to photography lighting and monitor display settings.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally where available. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong items
- Your order was lost in transit
If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or your expected delivery date) at our contact page: saltedstraws.com/pages/contact. Please include your order number and photos of the issue where applicable. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
7. Wholesale Orders
We offer wholesale purchasing options for bars, restaurants, hotels, event planners, and other businesses. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantities and separate pricing agreements. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to any additional terms communicated to you at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders are final and non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective goods.
